HISTORICAL ROOTS
Like Osteopathy, Cranio Sacral Therapy has its roots in Cherokee Bodywork and their Healing Arts. In 1892 Dr Still founded the first school of Osteopathy. Dr Still’s formal education, informal education, indigenous maternal grandmother, family life experiences and decades of private practice were greatly influenced by his 20 years in Shawnee Tribes Reservations. Dr William Gardner Sutherland took Dr Still’s work further, showing the movement of cranial bones and tides within the cerebral spinal fluid was involuntary and yet had a rhythmic flow. To this day their contribution to the anatomy of the human body continues to expand our understanding of the body, mind and soul. Both doctors were aware that the innate nature of the body was to seek balance as it moves between the sympathetic state (fright, flight depleting, resources) and parasympathetic state (rest, digest, building resources) to restore and balance within all systems and achieve greatest health available at any given moment.

ANATOMICAL AWARENESS
The anatomy of the Craniosacral system is formed by the bones of the cranium and sacrum, the membrane system, the cerebrospinal fluid and fascia. Having a multidisciplinary approach to the body systems and how they work together, is an essential awareness that amplifies our potent potential as human beings. Acknowledging the connections within the body, enables space for the physical, mental, psychological, generational, spiritual and energetic aspects of a being human to be understood and how they impact the human body.
The electrical heart and central nervous system makes us electrical beings. The iron in our blood carries oxygen through the body, making us magnetic beings. On a molecular count we are 99% water, which makes us a highly fluid matrix form of matter. The 12 inorganic tissues salts we are a composite of, must be present and balanced to provide us with optimal health. Therefore the salts, fluids, minerals and their very properties are the components that we are made of, which serve to amplify the electrical and magnetic fields flowing within, around and across all the body and its systems.

QUANTUM INFORMATIONAL FIELDS
Recognition of the body’s molecular composition, properties and energy dynamics, helps us understand the quantum properties of the body. The electromagnetic properties of atoms and molecules are by their very nature in constant interaction with the wider universe and are influenced by their electromagnetic environment. Acknowledgment of the relationship every atom has with every other atom in the universe, is a vital part to working with whole body systems. Quantum entanglement and non-locality have been proven and explains some natural phenomenons alongside the seemingly unexplainable experiences people have. The body is in continuous communication with the environment and universe as it surrounds us and provides a constant bio-feedback loop through frequency as it is the common universal language.
The act of observing a laboratory experiment has been known to influence its outcome. The heart’s electromagnetic field has been recorded to extend far beyond the body when in having a felt experience of love and authenticity. When the mind (thoughts) and heart (emotions) are in coherence holding love and bearing witness to an individual for a moment in time and space, a potent potential is present through the quantum entanglement and non-locality properties of the universe. Energy is efficient and when given the chance, the body’s inherent ability to heal, self adjust and draw in universal resources where it will be the most beneficial, can attract a wealth of restoration within the whole body.

TESTIMONIAL
WORDS FROM OUR HAPPY CLIENTS
Gabriella is a gifted and intuitive practitioner. I’ve been to many different versions of cranial osteopathy and other similar practices over the dedicated and she is one of the more “potent’ that I've experienced. Beyond just the manipulation she is intuitive and picks up on energies surrounding you as you are being treated. This is not hype, this is me giving my honey feedback after my session with her
I had quite a few sessions with Gabriella of Cranio Sacral Space in Lagson, it was pleasant and relaxing. You leave feeling realigned in your body and in your mind. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
I was stressed. I went to the Studio to try CranioSacral Therapy. After the session I was feeling (difficult to explain) something like flying really light… I went back other times. It was really helpful!!! The therapist knows what she is doing and is professional. I just want to give five stars. Thank you so much!
It has been such a blessing and relief to find a practitioner who truly understands the complexity and stress of living in the bustling metropolis of Lagos, Nigeria. Gabriella provided exceptional support during a profoundly challenging time in my life, helping me navigate post-COVID anxiety and deep, overwhelming grief. Her professional, compassionate, and gifted approach created a safe and non-intrusive environment to address and release deep-rooted emotions. For anyone experiencing stress or emotional struggles, I cannot recommend Gabriella enough. A series of sessions with her is truly transformative and invaluable.
FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It is a non-invasive gentle body modality with the intention of working with the central nervous system in its parasympathetic state (rest, digest and building resources) by listening and following the current circumstances. Its roots, like those of House of Osteopathy are in the indigenous Cherokee Bodywork and Healing Arts that Dr Still spent 20 years with on the Shawnee Tribes Land Reservations.
It is effective through its gentle way of engaging the body systems to bring into focus the body’s natural and innate forces that seek balance so reorganization is encouraged, pressure may be released and inflammation reduced. This enables all systems to enhance functioning within and between themselves.
The Anatomy of the CranioSacral system is formed by the bones of the cranium, spine, sacrum, membrane system, cerebrospinal fluid and fascia of the body. William Sutherland observed through scientific method the movement of the cranial bones along with the involuntary yet rhythmic flow within the cerebral spinal fluid. Craniosacral Therapy follows and listens to these moving parts and fluid systems to enable relaxation, release points of tension and bring in alignments that will support improving the health of all body systems.
